Solid Waste Advisory 21-001 – New Rule passed in February 2021- Eliminating Plastic Bags from Yard Waste Collection in Fairfax County
Effective April 1, 2021 Trash Away will be implementing the ban on the use of plastic bags for the collection and set out of yard waste in Fairfax County. Please note all YARD WASTE placed in PLASTIC bags as of April 1st will NOT be collected in Fairfax County.
