I have lived in the community for 18 years and the HOA has had several trash pick-up companies during that time, but your company has been the BEST of all. The service we receive is always efficient, thorough, careful, timely, and friendly. Whenever I wave to any of your employees, they wave back. I never find my trash bin thrown on its side on the street -- unlike other companies that simply 'don't care'.
It's very rare these days to find a company that has impeccable service and also affordable rates, so I simply had to take the time to write and commend all of you and your employees for such great service and treatment.
